January 31, 2006, 12:13 pmI was flicking through Alan's sketch book last night and found this image which a few people have suggested to us to paint in the past. After having a chat with Alan about it this morning we've decided to show you the sketch. The only thing though, is that if it is painted it probably won't be made into a print because the painting will be 1m wide by only 40cm deep, which would mean that a print at the size we do our prints wouldn't work particularly well. But I'd thought you'd like to see it anyway. posted by Jason 0 comments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- January 27, 2006, 10:58 amThe Mad Max 2 print is almost sold out with only three prints remaining. Once sold out this print will not be available again. We will try and give a little more warning when a print stock reaches single figures.posted by Jason 0 comments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- January 26, 2006, 3:14 pmGo and buy TotalFilm magazine NOW. Here also is the preliminary sketch of the painting we are going to produce, of which Mark will receive print number 1. Who's a lucky boy then. posted by Jason 0 comments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- January 23, 2006, 9:52 pmThought you might like to see this. Not bad going for a bloke who hadn't even gone to University yet!!posted by Jason 0 comments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- January 21, 2006, 9:14 pmSorry it has been a while since the last posting. It has been a manic few weeks. I have been over in France with my mother who sadly passed away on the 12th - a troubling time to say the least and Alan has been busy down at the Autosport International Show at the NEC showing off the Muscle Car paintings and how the images have been used on the toolboxes I mentioned in a previous entry. He took his camera down to the show and I have a couple of pics to show you which I think you'll be interested in. This first one is of one of the original canvases. The following images here are of the toolboxes. posted by Jason 0 comments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- January 08, 2006, 8:57 pmVOTING HAS NOW CLOSED.This has been fantastic. We have had 1350 or so votes for the image you would like to see painted next. Here are the results: Looks like Scarface is the winner. I will post the name of the winner soon once we have contacted him. Thanks again to everyone who voted. posted by Jason 0 comments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- January 06, 2006, 10:28 amOh my god. I forgot to wish you all a Happy New Year. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY.2006 is going to be a good year I think. We have a rough plan for what we are going to do through the new year. The first item was to give our web hosting a good kicking and get our site moved over to a different server. We had experienced some problems a while back when our site went down for nearly 4 days!!! It went down again on Tuesday for a few hours so we had it transfered to a new server which caused a major headache that day. Sorry to everyone who visited on Tuesday. We have 3 shows lined up for the first part of the year (dates on the right) and as we book more up I'll update the list. Voting for our competition has been phenominal. We have had nearly 1300 votes for the image you would like to see painted next and it is looking like Scarface will be the subject. We think that this might also have had something to do with being mentioned on The DVDForums.com. I am going to suspend voting at the weekend (Sunday probably) so if you want to have a say then click the link on the right and get making the final few votes. I have a few changes to make to the site like adding the Interceptor picture etc which again, I will complete at the weekend. Anyway, Thanks for your support through 2005 and we look forward to 2006. posted by Jason 0 comments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
