Well, a big thankyou to the 2 people who correctly pointed out that the sketch from the previous post was in fact ELEANOR from Gone in 60 Seconds (Original). I would like say that it was 3 people but Tim only managed to criticise spelling. In fact that is something that I too will do as Eleanor is infact spelt E-L-E-A-N-O-R and not ELENOR. Jodie, I'm sorry that i took me a day longer than i intended to write back up. I wish I did have too much of a life, unfortunately, I haven't!!

Talking of the show this weekend, we have a few little treats.

Firstly, we are bringing with us from the dungeon where we keep our archives, some print number ones. They are the Punisher, The Biker Scout and Ash.

There will also be the last prints available of Trinity and also of General Lee.

We have freebies to give away. We have discounted calendars - who'd pay full price for a calendar in April??? We will even give the calendars away with a purchase that we deem worthy. We have some Muscle Car calendars that we perhaps might have liberated from one source or another!! Again, these may be given away with a worthy purchase.

Remember our 10x8 prints?

Well, we're gonna give 1 away with every full size print bought. They are limited to a print run of 30 and ready to frame.

Finally, on a sad note, we won't be able to accept credit cards so make sure you bring plenty of cash. If you don't have enough cash on you then I can always direct you to one of the 2 or 3 cash machines in the NEC.

See you Saturday (and Sunday) and remember that I drink Lager dash and Alan will a pint of Mickey Mouse.

Alan gave me this sketch...

I said "yeah, looks cool. what is it?". He then went on about how he couldn't believe I didn't know what it was and now he wont tell me. I think he's being a little mean. So, I ask you, can any one tell me what it is and where its from. I don't want people droping an email or a comment to say 'Its a car and it's from a film" cos I worked that out for myself. Please leave a comment to this entry.

I know, I know. I promised another update on Sunday or Monday night. I tried doing an update yesterday (whilst I was at work - sssshhhh) and I forgot to make sure I had the latest files to work on (I have a copy at work and at home). Needless to say I didn't. I made the update on the old files and then uploaded them. So you may have noticed a slight hiccup yesterday. Anyway. Its all fixed now. I'm moving stuff in and out of the shop to create an archive so there may be a few gaps in the images.

So, back to what I promised. Here is a cool sketch that Alan hasn't finished yet. You don't need me to tell you what it is I'm sure.

Also, the hot news I was to tell you about is that we've been experimenting with producing giclee's. We've seen a test and it looks fab. The giclees are taken from the original paintings, the same way as the prints, and printed onto a canvas and then wrapped and stretched to a wooden frame. This will be as close to owning an original painting as you can get. No details yet on price or which paintings we are going to be doing but needless to say, as soon as I know, you will too.
